Sleeping While Traveling is Hard… But You Can Make it Better

If you travel a lot for work (or any reason), then what I’m about to say should come as no surprise to you. However, just in case you forgot: sleeping while traveling sucks. Between layovers, uncomfortable seats, and jet lag, it’s easy to smash yoursleep cycle to bits when on the go.
Listen, there’s no miracle way to help you get more sleep while on the road. Your sleep will be worse, and you will get less of it. However, there are some things you can do to help maximize how much rest you get and how good said rest is.
