The Internet and the cloud are changing everything. Some things are more obvious, like the ability to have a smart home or the ability to video chat with friends, but in other cases, the changes they are making to the world are less apparent. For example, the Internet is completely changing the modern workplace. By changing, we mean it’s actually getting rid of it in many cases. There’s no need for employees to travel to work for a lot of jobs, as telecommuting can be just as productive as going to the office.
