How to Install Android Apps Right From Your PC in Seconds

Google Play is your destination for apps, music, books, and more on your Android device. We’ve shown you how to download an APK (Android package file) if you need to get around the Play Store, but for most uses the Google Play is a treat to browse.
You might be neglecting one of the most convenient features of the Play Store, however. Everyone loves texting from their PC so they don’t have to keep picking up their phone when sitting at their computer, so why not install apps the same way? If you’ve ever heard about a new app you want to try but aren’t at your phone, you can log into Google Play on the Web and simply send the app to your phone.
You can browse Play on your desktop just like you do on your phone, and in some regards it’s even a bit better for browsing apps. As long as you’re logged into your Google account, any devices that also use that account (tablets included) are eligible to receive apps from the Web.

Just find the app you want to install and click the big Install button. If you have multiple devices, you can choose which one you want to install the app on — be aware not every app is compatible with every device, however. Some don’t run on tablets, and if you’re running an older version of Android, newer apps may not work.
You can put this feature to good use by downloading some of the best Android apps.
What apps will you download using the Web interface? Let us know if you knew about this feature!
