Do People Actually Read Restaurant Reviews?

Websites dedicated almost entirely to restaurant reviews are quite popular. Services like Yelp have built an entire (albeit controversial) business model around people writing reviews for places in their local area. Tripadvisor is another popular service for people to leave food reviews.
