When we communicate with people, only part of what we mean is told through our words. The rest is told with body language. In many ways, body language is just as important as the actual things we say (in some cases, even more so).
Like anything, mastering body language takes practice and knowledge. For business, mastering the art of controlling the things you don’t say is incredibly important.
