What Makes Us Impulse Buy On The Holidays?

The holidays are a time for giving gifts to friends and loved ones (and maybe receiving some in return). But in all of that gift giving, there’s shopping, when out shopping, it can be hard not to splurge on a little something for yourself!
Why do we do this? We know we’re going to kicking ourselves when the astronomical credit card bill shows up, so why spend more? Let’s take a quick look at the psychology behind impulse purchasing during the holidays.
