The other day I was at Bugolobi Middle East stage and I came across the above sign post. It is used by the Bugolobi UTODA (Uganda Taxi Operators and Drivers Association) stage chairman to assist crossing children crossing the road at the Zebra crossing. He has always had something similar to that, but what amused me this time was that the whole president of Uganda the NRM donated it!! Micro management at its best.

YKM Donation!!!!
